Q

Alum Privileges

Hello. I'm an alumnus and hold an "S" card (which I can't put my hands on just now). The card allows me to check out several books at a time.

I like your new website; however, I kind of surprised that apparently only students or faculty can logon to simply use the catalog. I appreciate your help with this matter. Thank you.

It is possible for others not affliated with Trinity to access the library catalog. I think you must have been using the Library One Search located in the center of the homepage. That search is restricted off campus to current students, faculty, and staff as it searches numerous databases along with the catalog.  Due to licensing issues with the databases we cannot open that up for general off campus access. However, if you go to the library homepage and click on the link to books at the top of the page, you should be able to access and search the library catalog.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.
