Q

Interlibrary Loans

Hi, I'm a student at UTSA and I found a book I've been looking for using the Worldcat search engine.

Can you please tell me if you allow UTSA students to check out a book from your library.

Answer

Yes, it is possible for a UTSA student, or others from libaries that participate in the Circulation component of the TexShare program to checkout a book from our library. Click on the link provided for a libguide that will give you additional information regarding the TexShare program and our borrowing policies.  One thing to remember is that you need to go to your home library, in this case UTSA, to initially get the TexShare card.

You might also want to go to the Coates Library homepage (lib.trinity.edu) to check the library hours. We do have an entrance policy that limits entrance from 8pm on to only those with a Trinity ID, but you are welcome to come at any other time.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.
