I am trying to reserve a room in order to conduct a meeting. I would also ask if if would be possible for me to bring snack and beverages into the room after I reserve it?

Please respond at your earliest convenience.

Thank you,

Our rooms in the library are actually rooms with computers and I'm not sure that is the type of room you are trying to locate? We do have a policy of no food in these rooms due to the computers. Academic Technology, formerly CLT, located on the 1st floor of the library does have a small room that would probably work for a meeting, as the room does not have computers. There are also rooms in the Coates Center that can be reserved for meetings and I know refreshments are allowed in those rooms. I don't know if you are familiar with t-space, but it is the system used throughout the campus for room reservations. I've included a link to tspace and you just need to use your Trinity userid and password for signing onto the system. You will be able to identify possible rooms, as well as check availability and submit a room request with the system.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
