To whom it may concern:
My name is Kailey Cunningham and I am a student at Trinity. My username is kcunnin1 but my password is not working. Do you know how I can retrieve it or who I can call to change it? The password I use for Tigerpaws is not working and it is supposed to be the same I think. My student ID is 0777344. Thank you!

Hi Kailey,
This happens from time to time and appears to have something to do with an error at the server level. You may want to try logging in again. If that does not work, you will need to speak to IT at 999-7409. They can solve most password problems quickly over the phone.
