Q

Use by outside scholar?

I have a question that you can answer for me. I have served at the Alamo as the Historian and Curator since 1996. The last summer's closure of the DRT Library on the Alamo grounds has left me without access to a research facility. What is your institution's policy on allowing outside scholars access to its stacks?

Answer

Hello,

Our library is open to the public and you are welcome to come and use our resources. We do provide a guest id/password for computer use if you wish to use one in the library, as well as guest access to wifi should you be using a laptop. We are still on our semester break schedule, but our hours are listed on the library home page.  I've included a link that gives information regarding circulation policies should you be interested in checking out library materials.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.
