I'm a faculty member and the library system won't allow me to log on online so that I can check my account.?

I'm a faculty member and the library system won't allow me to log on online so that I can check my account. I just get the message: "Unable to identify you through your campus identification. Please use your library identification or see a librarian for assistance." Any suggestions? Thanks!

Answer

This happens from time to time, and appears to have something to do with an error in your user ID/campus Datatel number, at the server level.  The notes I have here indicate that ITS has been contacted to rectify this for you.  Please try logging in again; if it still doesn't work, feel free to contact me directly at ext. 8181 or by e-mail at jason.hardin@trinity.edu.  Thanks!  -jlh
