FEATURES OF THE PHAROS UNIPRINT SYSTEM

Duplex printing options are available in the library. Print both sides of the sheet and save money!

Full color printing is available.

Friendly library and ITS User Services helpdesk staff are familiar with the use of the Pharos UniPrint system and are ready to assist you with the planning and execution of your print job.

FROM A COMPUTER WORKSTATION

Send a file to print as you normally would from your computer’s workstation.

Follow the pop-up dialog questions by first assigning a name to your print job. This will be the name of your printout that Pharos identifies on the print release station.

FROM THE PHAROS PRINT STATION

Find the Pharos print release station and press any key to activate the login screen

Login to the Pharos UniPrint system using a Trinity University network account (users without a Trinity University network account must use their “guest” user ID and password

When prompted by the print release station’s dialog screen, swipe your Trinity University Tiger-ID Card as indicated

Identify your job(s) from the print release station’s queue and select the one you would like to print

Highlight then click the icon

Logoff the Pharos print release station by clicking on the Log-off icon

Please Notice: All printouts not printed within two hours will be purged from the print queue!
