How do you format a footnote in Chicago style?

For a brief guide to Chicago style citations, follow the link below.  Note that footnotes/endnotes follow the format listed for "N.", while your bibliography entries will follow the "B." examples. There are slight differences between the footnotes and bibliography entries.
